Losing weight is important. No one likes that extra squeeze of fast sticking out the sides as we bend over in our too-tight jeans. It’s kind of embarrassing and also quite uncomfortable.

Others will start be working about a couple days a week. Some are just satisfied taking the right diet pills. Whatever works for you, do it! You don’t have to do everything, but working on one thing consistently is important.
